After 24 hours, orders enter production or fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
2. Custom or Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom, bespoke, or made-to-measure jackets cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, as production begins immediately.

Any requests for changes within the first 24 hours must be sent to our support team.
3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns after delivery.
4. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
